What you'll do
As a Lead Solution Architect at Klaviyo, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients to create technical champions within their organizations. You will facilitate discussions that help clients understand how Klaviyo can be integrated into their existing technology stacks, ensuring they see the value in our solutions. Your role will involve working closely with the sales team to provide insights and technical expertise during the sales process, helping to position Klaviyo as a market leader in B2C CRM. You will also have the opportunity to shape the direction of our Munich office as part of the founding team during this exciting growth phase.
