You are a sales-driven professional with a background in lending, eager to join a high-performing sales team. You thrive in a hunting role, generating new business and driving adoption of innovative solutions. Your experience in the mortgage industry equips you with the knowledge to navigate the complexities of home buying and selling. You possess strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, ensuring that you build lasting relationships with clients. You are motivated by results and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration, working closely with other departments to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for outbound sales efforts, focusing on the unique Knock Bridge Loan™ product. You will engage with potential clients, educating them on how to unlock the equity in their current homes to facilitate their buying process. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach, and following up with leads to convert them into clients. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation and improve conversion rates. Additionally, you will provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions to help refine and improve the offerings. Success in this role will require you to stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position Knock effectively in the marketplace.
