PadSplit is hiring an Account Executive to expand their marketplace by engaging property owners to become hosts. This role requires experience in sales or real estate and strong communication skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a driven and personable Account Executive with experience in sales or real estate β you excel at building relationships with property owners and real estate investors. You thrive in a remote environment and demonstrate strong communication skills, wanting to have an impact on the affordable housing crisis β one room at a time.
You understand the importance of delivering a tailored value pitch β you know how the PadSplit model and technology can consistently drive superior rental income compared to traditional single-family rentals. Your ability to engage with traditional property owners is key to unlocking additional income opportunities for them.
Desirable
Experience in the real estate market is a plus, as is a background in sales. You are motivated by the mission of addressing housing affordability and creating more shared housing opportunities in your community.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding PadSplit's marketplace by engaging traditional property owners β your efforts will help homeowners unlock additional income by listing their properties. You will work closely with property owners to explain the benefits of becoming PadSplit Hosts, guiding them through the process and addressing any concerns they may have.
You will develop and deliver tailored presentations that highlight how the PadSplit model can provide superior rental income β your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in persuading property owners to join the platform. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to create materials that resonate with potential hosts, ensuring that the value proposition is clear and compelling.
Your role will involve tracking your outreach efforts and maintaining relationships with property owners β you will be expected to follow up regularly and provide updates on the performance of their listings. You will also gather feedback from hosts to continuously improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall experience for property owners.
