Overview

KnowBe4 is hiring an Account Executive for the SMB segment to identify and acquire new clients. You'll be responsible for meeting sales quotas and driving growth in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly within the SMB segment, and are fluent in German. Your experience includes identifying and acquiring new clients, and you thrive in a competitive environment where you can meet and exceed sales quotas. You understand the importance of cybersecurity and are passionate about helping organizations strengthen their security culture. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with potential clients to convey the value of security awareness training.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new logos within the Small/Medium business segment. You will create opportunities through various prospecting methods, ensuring that you meet and exceed your monthly sales quota. Your role will involve building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their security requirements. You will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure that your sales strategies are effective and aligned with the company's goals.
