Overview
KnowBe4 is hiring a Regional Account Executive (SMB/MM) to acquire new customers and upsell existing accounts in the LATAM region. This role requires strong sales skills and the ability to engage with Spanish-speaking clients.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new customers and upselling existing accounts. Your experience in the SMB or MM market has equipped you with the skills to maximize revenue opportunities effectively. You are fluent in Spanish, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients in the LATAM region. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving sales quotas and driving business growth.
What you'll do
As a Regional Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for acquiring new logos and upselling existing customer accounts. You will create opportunities through various prospecting methods and follow up on inbound leads. Your role will involve reigniting open customer opportunities and motivating existing clients to purchase additional products or increase subscription levels. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that align with the company's goals and contribute to a strong security culture for clients.
