You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new clients and managing enterprise accounts. Your experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector is a plus, as you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this field. What you'll do
As a Regional Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for acquiring new logos and upselling existing enterprise accounts. Your primary goal will be to maximize revenue opportunities and exceed your monthly sales quota. You will engage with potential clients, presenting KnowBe4's AI-driven Human Risk Management platform and demonstrating how it can transform their security culture. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients will be crucial as you identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless experience for clients from initial contact through onboarding and beyond. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify potential clients and staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. You will also participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions, contributing your insights and ideas to help shape the direction of the sales team.
