You have 3+ years of experience in sales, particularly in closing deals and managing client relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Support, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing. You possess a dynamic mindset and are adaptable to change, making you a true team player.

You understand the importance of building a strong sales pipeline and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Your ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise accounts sets you apart. You are excited about promoting Figma to both existing and new customers, contributing to the company's growth and success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness and establish relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise accounts. Your contributions will help build the foundation and processes for all customer-facing teams at Figma, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

You will collaborate with other Account Executives in the DACH region, sharing insights and strategies to drive success. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and effectively communicating how Figma's platform can meet those needs. You will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to making design accessible to all, and your efforts will directly impact Figma's mission to empower teams to streamline workflows and work together in real time.
