Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with enterprise-level clients, and understand the nuances of managing relationships with organizations that have over 1500 employees. Your ability to identify sales opportunities and promote additional products and services is key to your success in this role. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working both remotely and in-person, adapting to the needs of your clients and team.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal teams alike. Your approach to account management is rooted in building trust and delivering value, ensuring that clients see you as a trusted partner in their cybersecurity journey. You are results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, focusing on maximizing sales opportunities within those accounts. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and promote KnowBe4’s suite of products and services, aiming to enhance their security culture. Your role will involve targeting your book of business to identify cross-sale opportunities and drive revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. This includes working with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients. You will also be responsible for tracking account performance and reporting on sales metrics to ensure that you are on track to meet your quotas.
