What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, which includes prospecting new clients, managing relationships, and closing deals. You will conduct market research to identify potential leads and develop strategies to engage them effectively. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their HR challenges. You will also collaborate with other team members to share insights and best practices, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

You will participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge about Justworks' offerings. Your initial training period will last approximately 2.5 months, during which you will gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services. As you become more comfortable in your role, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the team's growth.
