Overview

KnowBe4 is hiring a Partner Account Manager to develop partnerships with key reseller partners and grow these accounts. You'll focus on building relationships that lead to increased deal registrations and new customers. This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the cybersecurity or technology sectors. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with partners is key to your success, and you thrive in environments where collaboration is essential. What you'll do

As a Partner Account Manager, you will focus on developing and nurturing relationships with key reseller partners. Your primary responsibility will be to enable and grow these accounts, ensuring that partners are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. You will work closely with internal teams to align strategies and drive initiatives that lead to increased deal registrations.

You will analyze partner performance and identify areas for improvement, providing insights and recommendations to enhance collaboration. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and challenges, allowing you to tailor support and resources effectively. You will also participate in strategic planning sessions to align partner goals with KnowBe4's objectives.
