Desirable
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven platforms. What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring they receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals and challenges, helping them to maximize the use of our products. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients, providing training and support, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
