AvePoint is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive technology adoption and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with clients to develop success metrics and provide tailored guidance. This role requires strong communication and technical skills.

You have a strong background in customer success and understand the importance of technology adoption for clients. You excel at developing metrics that support onboarding, adoption, and retention goals, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from AvePoint's solutions. Your ability to act as a trusted technical advisor allows you to coordinate solution delivery and support effectively for enterprise clients. You are skilled at managing a portfolio of technical accounts, providing tailored guidance and recommendations that align with individual customer business needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with account managers and technical support engineers to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. You are passionate about fostering relationships and creating individualized success plans that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for generating repeatable strategies for technology adoption among AvePoint customers. You will develop customer success metrics that support onboarding, adoption, and retention goals, ensuring that clients are fully engaged with AvePoint's product suite. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will coordinate solution delivery and support for enterprise clients, ensuring that their needs are met effectively. You will manage a portfolio of technical accounts, providing tailored guidance and recommendations that align with individual customer business needs. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as account managers and technical support engineers, to ensure that customers receive the best possible service. You will also create individualized success plans using NPS and other metrics to track customer satisfaction and engagement. Your role will be pivotal in aligning AvePoint's product offerings with the unique requirements of each client, ultimately driving customer success and satisfaction.
