Overview

KnowBe4 is hiring a Renewal Specialist (SMB) to manage the renewal process for their Small and Mid-Sized Business customer base. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone organized and experienced in renewal conversations.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple accounts and renewal processes effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to identify account risks and drive renewals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to lead renewal and pricing conversations with confidence. You are passionate about customer satisfaction and understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with clients. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced work environment while ensuring that customer needs are met.

What you'll do

As a Renewal Specialist, you will take full ownership of the renewal process for our Small and Mid-Sized Business customer base. You will be the primary driver behind keeping our customers on board, working closely with CSMs and Account Managers to identify account risks early and close renewals that reflect the true value of our platform. You will analyze customer accounts to understand their needs and ensure they are receiving the best possible service. You will lead renewal discussions, negotiate pricing, and ensure that customers are aware of the value they receive from our services. Your role will involve tracking renewal metrics and reporting on customer retention rates to help improve our processes. You will also collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the company.
