What you'll do
As an SMB Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will own the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage small and mid-sized businesses that require robust cybersecurity solutions. You will leverage your communication skills to build rapport with potential clients, understand their unique challenges, and present tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for strategic territory development, ensuring that you maximize your outreach and drive new business acquisition.
