KnowBe4 is hiring an SMB Account Executive to drive sales in the SMB space. You'll be responsible for executing the full sales cycle and running online demos of the Security Awareness Training Platform. This role requires strong sales skills and offers opportunities for promotion.

Who you are

You have experience in sales, particularly in the SMB sector, and are comfortable executing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about cybersecurity, understanding the importance of security awareness training for organizations. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively run online demos to showcase products. You are results-driven and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You value teamwork and collaboration, contributing positively to a welcoming workplace culture.

What you'll do

As an SMB Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be at the forefront of the company's growth initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell KnowBe4's range of products and services to small and medium-sized businesses. You will execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting potential clients to closing deals, ensuring that you meet your sales targets. You will run online demonstrations of the Security Awareness Training Platform, showcasing its features and benefits to potential customers. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their security culture. After demonstrating success in this market, there may be opportunities for promotion to Mid-Market or Enterprise sales roles.
