Overview

KnowBe4 is hiring an Account Manager (SMB) to deepen relationships with small and medium businesses and drive expansion of their security solutions. This role is based in Clearwater, Florida, and requires strong relationship management skills.

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with small and medium businesses, where you've successfully built and maintained strong client relationships. Your ability to understand customer needs and align them with product offerings is key to your success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner. You are results-driven and have a passion for helping clients enhance their security posture through innovative solutions. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced sales environment, always looking for opportunities to grow and improve.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager (SMB) at KnowBe4, you will own a book of business and be responsible for deepening relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities to expand the use of KnowBe4's solutions within your accounts, including adding seats and upgrading subscriptions. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them understand the value of our products and how they can enhance their security culture. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for your clients. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements. You will also track and report on account performance, ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales targets.
