What you'll do
As an Account Manager (SMB) at KnowBe4, you will own a book of business and be responsible for deepening relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities to expand the use of KnowBe4's solutions within your accounts, including adding seats and upgrading subscriptions. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them understand the value of our products and how they can enhance their security culture. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for your clients. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements. You will also track and report on account performance, ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales targets.
