KnowBe4 is hiring a Mid Market Account Executive to drive revenue growth by helping medium-sized businesses build human-centered security programs. You'll own the full sales cycle and need a proactive sales approach and a passion for cybersecurity.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in the cybersecurity sector. Your proactive sales approach and hunter mindset enable you to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively. You are passionate about cybersecurity and understand the importance of building human-centered security programs for medium-sized businesses. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a high-performing sales team.

Desirable

Experience in selling cybersecurity solutions or related technology products is a plus. Familiarity with the sales cycle from prospecting to closing will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track your progress.

What you'll do

As a Mid Market Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with medium-sized businesses. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing deals. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their security goals. You will work closely with the marketing team to leverage leads and enhance your outreach efforts. Building strong relationships with clients will be key to your success, as you will need to establish trust and demonstrate the value of KnowBe4's offerings.

You will also participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape. Collaborating with your team members will be essential as you share insights and strategies to achieve collective goals. You will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
