Your experience with organizations that have over 1500 employees gives you insight into their unique challenges and needs. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support. You will work closely with your clients to understand their needs and promote additional products and services that enhance their security posture. Your goal will be to exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying cross-selling opportunities and developing tailored solutions for each client.
You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless experience for your clients. Regular check-ins and strategic planning sessions will be part of your routine, allowing you to stay aligned with client goals and expectations. You will also track account performance metrics and report on progress to senior management, providing insights that can inform future strategies.
