What you'll do
As an SMB Sales Representative at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of cybersecurity products and services. You will engage with small and mid-sized businesses, leveraging inbound leads while also self-generating new opportunities. Your role will involve conducting online demonstrations of KnowBe4βs Security Awareness Training Platform, showcasing its value proposition to prospective clients. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching out to potential customers and converting leads into sales. Success in this role may lead to opportunities for promotion to Mid-Market or Enterprise sales as you demonstrate your capabilities.
