Who you are
You have experience in account management, particularly in managing partner relationships — you understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and ensuring partners feel supported. You are fluent in Spanish, which allows you to communicate effectively with partners in the LATAM region. You are organized and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring that each partner receives the attention they need to succeed.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with marketing teams to equip partners with the necessary tools for demand generation — you understand how to leverage marketing content to drive sales and increase deal registrations. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth within your partner accounts and are committed to helping partners achieve their goals.
What you'll do
As a Channel Account Manager, you will own and manage a large portfolio of established partner accounts in the LATAM region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that partners have a positive experience with KnowBe4, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed. You will work closely with partners to drive increased deal registrations and attract new customers.
You will leverage KnowBe4's marketing content to equip partners with demand generation tools that result in increased sales. You will also be responsible for monitoring partner performance and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that each partner is maximizing their potential. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
