Overview

KnowBe4 is hiring an Account Executive (SMB/MM) for the LATAM region to acquire new customers and upsell existing accounts. This role requires strong sales skills and a focus on maximizing revenue opportunities.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts. Your experience in the SMB/MM sector has equipped you with the skills to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities effectively. You are fluent in Spanish and have a deep understanding of the LATAM market, allowing you to communicate effectively with clients and understand their unique needs. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable using various prospecting methods to generate leads and follow up on inbound inquiries.

You possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build lasting relationships with clients and motivate them to purchase additional products or increase subscription levels. Your ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions sets you apart in the competitive landscape of cybersecurity. You are results-driven and have a passion for helping organizations strengthen their security culture through effective training and awareness programs.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for acquiring new logos and upselling existing SMB/MM-sized customer accounts. You will create opportunities through various prospecting methods, including cold outreach and following up on inbound leads. Your goal will be to maximize all revenue opportunities and exceed your monthly sales quota. You will reignite open, outstanding customer opportunities and motivate existing customers to purchase additional products or increase their subscription levels due to account growth.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their security objectives. You will also track your sales activities and performance metrics to ensure you are meeting your targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.
