You have a strong background in account management, particularly within the financial sector, and are passionate about commodities and data-driven solutions. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you excel at building strong client relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You are highly self-motivated and disciplined, thriving in unstructured environments while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Your fluency in English is complemented by additional languages, which enhances your ability to connect with diverse clients.
You possess a deep understanding of commodities markets and trends, allowing you to provide valuable insights to clients. Your experience in managing a portfolio of accounts has equipped you with the skills to respond to client requests promptly and effectively. You are comfortable using CRM tools to keep track of client interactions and sales forecasts, ensuring that you meet or exceed annual sales growth targets.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and thorough responses to client requests while driving growth across existing accounts in North America. You will serve as a commercial partner for the business, supporting budgeting, multi-year planning, demand planning, reporting, and key metrics. Gathering insights on products and competitors directly from clients will inform your strategy and help you maintain a competitive edge in the market.
You will keep the CRM up-to-date with accurate notes and updates, collaborating with the sales team to maintain achievable forecasts. Your role will involve supporting cross-functional teams and sharing your expertise to drive business success. You will also be expected to travel as needed to meet with clients and strengthen relationships.
