You have over 8 years of experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships, ideally within the financial services sector. Your proven leadership experience has equipped you to drive complex, high-value partnerships across global markets. You possess a deep understanding of digital asset ecosystems, which allows you to navigate this rapidly evolving landscape effectively. Your strong commercial acumen and executive-level communication skills enable you to influence stakeholders at all levels, making you a key player in strategic discussions. You are a highly analytical and strategic thinker, with a knack for deal structuring and execution. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity with ease. You have prior experience leading cross-functional initiatives that have had high visibility and significant business impact.
What you'll do
As the Business Development Director, you will own and drive the end-to-end business development strategy for key global markets, focusing on institutional partnerships and exchange relationships. You will lead high-level negotiations and manage relationships with exchanges, liquidity consumers, market makers, and ecosystem partners. Your role will involve identifying new markets, products, or asset classes where Kronos can scale its services effectively. You will serve as a senior liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders, collaborating closely with legal, product, and infrastructure teams. Partnering with the executive team, you will define and execute long-term growth plans, including evaluations for mergers and acquisitions, ecosystem investments, and go-to-market strategies. Additionally, you will represent Kronos at industry conferences, regulatory discussions, and major partner events to enhance the firm's thought leadership and visibility.
