Who you are
You have over 8 years of experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships, ideally within the crypto or financial services sectors. Your proven leadership skills have enabled you to drive complex, high-value partnerships, and you possess a highly analytical and strategic mindset that aids in deal structuring and execution. You thrive in environments that require an entrepreneurial mindset, allowing you to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity effectively. Your experience includes leading cross-functional initiatives that have had significant business impact, and you are fluent in English, with additional language proficiency being a plus. You are also willing to travel internationally as required.
What you'll do
As the Business Development Director, you will own and drive the end-to-end business development strategy for key global markets, focusing on institutional partnerships and exchange relationships. You will lead high-level negotiations and manage relationships with crypto exchanges, liquidity consumers, market makers, and ecosystem partners. Your role will involve identifying new markets, products, or asset classes where Kronos can scale its market-making, OTC, or algorithmic trading capabilities. You will serve as a senior liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders, including trading, legal, product, and infrastructure teams. Additionally, you will partner with the executive team to define and execute long-term growth plans, including M&A evaluations and ecosystem investments. Representing Kronos at industry conferences and major partner events will also be a key part of your responsibilities, enhancing the firm's thought leadership and visibility.
