Overview

Landor is seeking an Executive Director, Brand Performance to lead brand strategy and performance initiatives. You'll work with diverse data sources to deliver actionable insights and enhance brand offerings. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in brand management.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in brand performance and strategy, ideally with a background in analytics and data synthesis. You understand how to measure and quantify brand impact, providing clients with actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your ability to collaborate across teams, including Strategy, Client Services, and Design, is essential for success in this role. You are adept at building long-term projective models for brand equity and developing robust business cases for brand transformation. You continuously seek to evolve and enhance brand performance offerings, leveraging advanced tools and methodologies to create new intellectual property for Landor.

Desirable

Experience in a leadership role within a brand consultancy or agency is a plus. Familiarity with brand portfolio optimization and investment modeling will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

What you'll do

As the Executive Director of Brand Performance, you will lead initiatives that measure, quantify, and monetize brand impact. You will synthesize diverse data sources to deliver insights that inform client strategy and support brand transformation. Your role will involve building five-year projective models for brand equity and developing business cases that demonstrate the commercial impact of brands. You will partner effectively across internal teams to ensure that brand performance initiatives align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. You will also be responsible for continuously evolving Landor's Brand Performance offerings, creating new methodologies and tools that enhance our capabilities in the market.
