Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in technology or software solutions β€” you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and built strong relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate effectively with technical teams sets you apart, as you understand the nuances of selling technical products to enterprise clients.

You thrive in unstructured environments where you can take initiative and drive results β€” your proactive approach to follow-up and follow-through ensures that no lead is left unattended. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to align on customer needs and product capabilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals β€” your focus will be on helping technical teams at enterprise companies discover and adopt LangChain’s products. You will work closely with the go-to-market team to shape strategies that drive growth and enhance customer engagement.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs β€” your ability to articulate the value of LangChain’s offerings will be key to your success. You will also collaborate with customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, helping them realize the full potential of the platform.
