Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing large enterprise accounts, and possess exceptional business acumen that allows you to understand client needs deeply. Your customer-centric approach ensures that you prioritize client satisfaction and success in every interaction. You thrive in environments where you can work autonomously, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability as you navigate the complexities of enterprise sales. You are skilled at developing comprehensive territory and account plans that drive results and foster long-term relationships. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Business Development Representatives and customer success teams, is key to ensuring successful adoption of products within large enterprises.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of large enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and relationship owner. You will develop and execute territory and account plans that proactively drive outbound pipeline generation. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the seamless adoption of LaunchDarkly's solutions within these enterprises, coordinating closely with pre-and-post sales engineering, customer success, and support teams to guarantee client satisfaction. You will elevate LaunchDarkly's visibility in the market, communicating the value of our offerings to potential clients and stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing existing relationships while also identifying new opportunities for growth within your designated territory.
