Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing large enterprise accounts — your experience has equipped you with exceptional business acumen and a customer-centric approach that drives success. You thrive in environments where you can take initiative and work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability in your role. Your ability to build and nurture relationships is key, as you will be the primary point of contact for large enterprise accounts within your designated territory. You understand the importance of strategic territory and account planning, and you are skilled at developing comprehensive plans that drive pipeline generation.
Desirable
Experience in a rapidly evolving software company is a plus, as is familiarity with account management processes that ensure successful adoption of products within large enterprises. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Business Development Representatives and customer success teams, to guarantee client satisfaction and elevate the company's visibility in the market.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of large enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and relationship owner. You will develop comprehensive territory and account plans, proactively driving outbound pipeline generation independently. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the seamless adoption of LaunchDarkly within these large enterprises through robust account management. You will coordinate closely with pre-and-post sales engineering, customer success, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will work to elevate LaunchDarkly's visibility in the market, communicating effectively with stakeholders to promote the company's mission and vision.
