Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the SaaS ecosystem, and a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams. Your strategic mindset allows you to navigate complex negotiations and build multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders in large organizations. You possess strong executive presence and can articulate the value proposition of your solutions effectively.
You are adept at leading organizations to achieve and exceed multi-million-dollar revenue targets, particularly in acquiring new logos from Fortune 1000 companies. Your experience includes defining and executing regional account strategies that expand your company's footprint within engineering, DevOps, and product leadership teams. You understand the intricacies of high-risk enterprise negotiations and can serve as an escalation point across various stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee an elite team of Account Executives focused on hunting and closing net new logos. You will provide leadership and oversight on complex negotiations, ensuring that your team consistently articulates and adopts LaunchDarkly's value proposition. You will establish a regional pipeline strategy and operating cadence to ensure sustained pipeline coverage, driving the team to meet ambitious revenue goals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure that your team is equipped to tackle the challenges of enterprise sales. Your role will involve mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. You will also be responsible for reporting on sales performance and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
