Who you are
You have a strong background in technical enablement, ideally with experience in AI technologies and partner support. Your hands-on experience with JavaScript development and debugging makes you a go-to resource for partners looking to build high-quality AI Agents on the Cognigy platform. You are comfortable collaborating with various teams, including sales engineers and partner engineers, to ensure technical readiness and successful implementations.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to deliver technical enablement sessions and workshops effectively. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for partners is a key strength. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy helping others succeed in their technical endeavors.
What you'll do
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will enable partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform. You will support partner onboarding and ongoing technical readiness through structured enablement and certification paths. Your role will involve delivering technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary skills.
You will assist partners with JavaScript development, debugging, and flow-based logic, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Cognigy platform. Supporting API usage and integrations will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as you help partners implement AI Agents successfully. You will also advise on webchat embedding and xApps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring partners can leverage the full capabilities of the platform.
Your collaboration with sales engineering teams will be essential during demos, proofs of concept, and key partner-led opportunities. You will be instrumental in helping partners move from basic understanding to confident execution across sales cycles and customer implementations.
