Who you are

You have a strong background in technical enablement, with experience in supporting partners through onboarding and ongoing technical readiness. Your expertise in JavaScript development, debugging, and flow-based logic allows you to assist partners effectively. You are comfortable delivering technical sessions and workshops, helping partners gain confidence in using the Cognigy platform. Your collaborative nature enables you to work closely with sales engineers and internal teams to turn product knowledge into real-world solutions.

You understand the importance of API usage and integrations in AI Agent implementations, and you can guide partners through the complexities of context variables and conversation logic. Your ability to advise on webchat embedding and xApps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript makes you a valuable resource for partners during demos and proofs of concept. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to help partners succeed in their technical endeavors.

What you'll do

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will enable partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform. You will support partner onboarding and ongoing technical readiness through structured enablement and certification paths. Your role will involve delivering technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs to ensure partners are well-equipped to execute across sales cycles and customer implementations.

You will assist partners with JavaScript development, debugging, and flow-based logic, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Cognigy platform. Supporting API usage and integrations will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you help partners implement AI Agents successfully. You will also advise on webchat embedding and xApps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, providing guidance during demos and key partner-led opportunities.

Collaboration with sales engineering teams will be essential as you work to ensure that partners have the technical knowledge and resources they need to succeed. Your hands-on approach will help partners move from basic understanding to confident execution, making a significant impact on their ability to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
