You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the healthcare technology sector. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from hospital administrators to clinical staff. You are adept at problem-solving and can navigate complex situations with ease, ensuring that customers achieve their business goals. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them in the successful utilization of our iQueue platform. You will work closely with hospitals to enhance bed allocation and streamline the patient journey, ensuring that patients receive the right care at the right time. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins with customers, providing training and support, and gathering feedback to inform product improvements. You will collaborate with the Client Services Team to implement best practices and drive customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for further engagement, helping to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
