You are adaptable and willing to assist in various capacities, including implementation support when needed. What you'll do
As a Client Success Manager at LeanTaaS, you will be responsible for designing and executing customer success strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. You will work closely with healthcare SaaS clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize the iQueue for Surgical Clinics platform. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and gathering feedback to inform product improvements.
