You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs. Your proactive approach ensures that you anticipate client needs and address potential issues before they arise.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Verifiable, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their success with our credentialing and network monitoring platform. You will work closely with healthcare organizations to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that optimize their operations. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, conducting regular check-ins, and gathering feedback to continuously improve our services.

You will collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to advocate for client needs and drive enhancements to the platform. Your insights will help shape the product roadmap and ensure that we are meeting the evolving demands of our clients.
