Overview

LeanTaaS is hiring a Product Implementation & Customer Success Manager to enhance healthcare delivery and build long-term relationships with customers. This role focuses on ensuring customers realize value from our products and leads expansion efforts. Experience in customer success or healthcare technology is preferred.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success, ideally within the healthcare technology sector, and are passionate about enhancing healthcare delivery. You excel at building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the products and services offered. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand customer needs allows you to identify expansion opportunities and lead those efforts successfully. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and are willing to travel to customer sites as needed, particularly in healthcare settings.

Desirable

Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or lean principles is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare operations and the challenges faced by infusion centers will help you connect with clients and provide tailored solutions. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential traits that you bring to the role.

What you'll do

As the Product Implementation & Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they successfully implement our software solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. You will also lead efforts to expand our services within existing accounts, working collaboratively with sales and product teams to drive growth.

You will play a key role in gathering feedback from customers to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that our solutions continue to meet their evolving needs. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of our offerings and improving overall customer experience. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and maximize their use of our products.
