What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at LearnUpon, you will play a crucial role in the Business Development Team. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify all inquiries that come into LearnUpon and proactively create opportunities through outbound prospecting. You will engage with potential customers to assess whether our product is a good fit for their requirements. If there is a mutual fit, you will move the prospect into our sales pipeline by scheduling introductions to a LearnUpon Account Executive. You will also contribute to developing and improving processes for the Sales Development team, ensuring that our approach is effective and customer-focused. Your role will involve understanding the business requirements of future customers and communicating how LearnUpon's LMS can help them achieve their learning goals.
