Leaseweb is hiring an Agile Team Manager for their VMware Cloud team to lead and mentor a group of engineers. You'll be responsible for facilitating Scrum events and improving team processes. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in agile methodologies.

What you'll do
As the Agile Team Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and results of your team. You will coach team members on the Scrum way of working and facilitate Scrum events to ensure that the team is aligned and productive. Your role includes conducting performance appraisals and supporting team members in their workload, helping them navigate challenges and improve their processes.
You will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the team is delivering value to customers and meeting business objectives. Your leadership will help build a high-performance team that collaborates effectively and continuously improves its processes. You will also be responsible for providing transparency and visibility to the entire organization regarding the team's progress and achievements.
