Lendbuzz is hiring a Dealership Account Manager to expand market reach and build partnerships with dealerships. This role requires a results-driven individual with a passion for auto finance and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

You are a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales and account management, particularly in the auto finance sector. You thrive in a field-based role, engaging directly with clients and building trusted partnerships. You understand the importance of being present in your territory, visiting dealerships daily to foster relationships and drive business outcomes.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect effectively with dealership partners and understand their needs. Your ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion sets you apart. You are motivated by achieving results and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership of your territory.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Lendbuzz's market reach by building and maintaining relationships with dealerships across the region. You will engage with partners on-site, driving growth through effective communication and collaboration. Your daily visits to dealerships will allow you to connect with partners, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.

You will work closely with the field sales team to develop strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth. Your hands-on engagement will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that deliver exceptional results. You will be expected to follow a six-day work week, fully immersing yourself in the territory and ensuring that you are available to support your partners whenever needed.
