You understand the importance of building strong dealer relationships and translating national sales visions into localized strategies. Your experience in managing statewide dealer growth and performance makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

You are comfortable working closely with executive leadership, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, and you are ready to be a key driver of Lendbuzz’s success in one of its most important markets.

What you'll do

As the Sales Director, you will own the state and lead your team of Market Development Managers (MDMs) β€” your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and profitability across the assigned territory. You will coach and develop your field team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to excel in their roles. Your strategic mindset will help you guide territory expansion and build strong relationships with dealers, which are crucial for achieving sales targets.

You will be responsible for translating Lendbuzz’s national sales vision into actionable strategies that resonate with local markets β€” this involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing effective sales tactics. You will also oversee the performance of your team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies β€” your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be essential as you work to foster a high-performing sales culture. You will regularly assess the performance of your team and the overall market, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts and drive results.
