Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in account management, client success, or relationship management — you understand the importance of building strong partnerships and driving long-term growth. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills enable you to effectively manage and grow relationships with agencies, lenders, and insurance carriers.
You are comfortable working across multiple teams and functions, collaborating with media, tech, product, and revenue teams to align solutions with client goals. Your ability to understand and explain business performance and client solutions is key to your success in this role.
Experience in health insurance, lead generation, or performance marketing is a plus, as it allows you to better support and retain small to intermediate-sized business clients. You are eager to gain exposure across the entire business and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients purchasing leads and clicks, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You will manage and grow relationships with agencies, lenders, and insurance carriers, playing a key role in strengthening partnerships.
You will identify opportunities to expand partnerships and improve client outcomes, maintaining a strong understanding of the overall business and industry landscape. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to drive performance and satisfaction for your clients.
You will be responsible for understanding client goals and aligning solutions to meet those objectives, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support. Your proactive approach will help in retaining clients and fostering long-term relationships that contribute to the growth of the Health Insurance team.
