Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the SaaS or technology sectors — you've successfully driven growth and retention strategies for key clients, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction with the product. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex challenges effectively.

You are results-oriented and data-driven — you understand the importance of metrics in measuring success and are comfortable using data to inform your decisions. Your experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus, as it gives you insights into the unique needs and challenges faced by clients in this space.

What you'll do

As an Account Director at Zenoti, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with some of our most strategic clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that leverage Zenoti's all-in-one software platform. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and support.

You will develop and implement account strategies that drive growth and retention, focusing on maximizing the value clients receive from our platform. This includes conducting regular business reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring that clients are fully engaged with our product offerings.

In addition, you will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and ensuring that their feedback is incorporated into product development and enhancements. Your ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
