Who you are
You are a natural at selling and have a deep knowledge of the best local restaurants. Your passion for food and the Uber brand drives you to excel in building partnerships. You enjoy negotiating and are motivated by achieving and exceeding your monthly quotas. You thrive in a role that requires proactive communication and relationship management, ensuring that you maintain a strong pipeline of potential restaurant partners.
You have a collaborative spirit and are eager to work with the Account Management team to create a seamless onboarding experience for new restaurant partners. Your ability to communicate effectively and create a great first impression makes you an ambassador for Uber Eats. You are comfortable with cold-calling and in-person meetings, demonstrating your commitment to building long-term partnerships.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-calling and in-person meetings, making at least 50 dials per day to connect with potential partners. Your responsibilities will include managing contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties.
You will proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings, acting as a champion for the Uber and Uber Eats brands. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed your monthly quota while building a robust pipeline of potential partnerships. You will also help identify and build standard processes that enhance the onboarding experience for new restaurant partners.
