Life360 is hiring a Platform Partner to support agencies and brands in utilizing their self-service platform. You'll be responsible for onboarding, training, and ongoing support for optimization and strategy. This role is remote within the US.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in platform management or a related field, ideally with a focus on media buying and advertising technologies. You understand the importance of user experience and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with diverse teams across different time zones. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within the platform, ensuring that users have the best possible experience. You are adaptable and can handle the dynamic nature of working with various agencies and brands, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs.
What you'll do
As a Platform Partner at Life360, you will be responsible for onboarding new agencies and brands onto our self-service platform. This includes conducting training sessions to ensure users understand how to leverage the platform effectively. You will provide ongoing support, helping clients optimize their media buying strategies and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams to relay user feedback and suggest enhancements to the platform. You will also analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that our platform remains competitive and user-friendly.
