Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in advising on U.S. corporate and securities matters. Your background includes a deep understanding of public company regulations, corporate governance, and legal entity management. You are skilled in navigating complex legal frameworks and have a proven track record of providing sound legal advice to corporate teams.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with finance and corporate development teams to ensure compliance and effective governance. Your strong analytical skills enable you to assess risks and provide strategic guidance on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and partnerships.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for advising on a range of corporate and securities matters, ensuring that Life360 complies with all relevant regulations. You will collaborate with various teams to manage subsidiary and legal entity structures, providing legal support for corporate governance and compliance initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the company through M&A transactions and corporate finance activities, ensuring that all legal aspects are thoroughly addressed.
You will also play a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with best practices in corporate governance. Your ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly will be essential in educating internal stakeholders about compliance requirements and corporate governance standards.
