Overview
Revance is hiring a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead contract development and negotiation initiatives. You'll manage various agreements and provide legal support across the company. This role requires 8+ years of relevant experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a J.D. from an accredited law school and at least 8 years of directly related experience, including a minimum of 4 years as in-house counsel. Your background includes extensive experience with reviewing and drafting various agreements such as CDA, MSA, and SOW agreements. You are admitted to practice law in your state of residence and have experience in the Pharma or Medical device industry, which is a plus. You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to internal stakeholders.
What you'll do
As the Senior Corporate Counsel, you will independently draft, review, negotiate, and manage both in-house and third-party contracts, including product distribution agreements, research and development agreements, and clinical trial agreements. You will oversee the companyβs contract management system and ensure compliance with legal standards. Your role will involve identifying and defining legal issues and business risks, communicating these effectively to decision-makers, and providing strategic legal advice to support business initiatives.
