Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in selling highly technical products to developers and technical leaders. Your experience includes engaging with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, software engineers, researchers, and data scientists, allowing you to understand their needs and challenges deeply. You thrive in environments that require quick thinking and adaptability, and you are comfortable navigating complex technical discussions. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate the value of technical solutions effectively. You are passionate about technology and have a keen interest in AI and machine learning, which drives your motivation to help clients succeed with innovative solutions.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Lightning AI, you will be responsible for driving sales of our end-to-end AI platform. You will engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and demonstrating how our solutions can streamline their development processes. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and product offerings. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. You will also track sales metrics and report on your progress to ensure that you meet or exceed your sales targets.
