What you'll do

As the Senior People Ops Generalist, you will serve as the operational backbone of the People function at Lightship. You will be responsible for implementing and managing various People programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the VP of People to ensure that the Colorado office aligns with the company's mission and vision.

You will oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company. Additionally, you will support performance management initiatives and assist in developing training programs that foster employee growth and development. Your contributions will help create a positive workplace culture that encourages innovation and teamwork.
