What you'll do
As the Director of Revenue & Inventory Management, you will be accountable for maximizing Net Ticket Revenue (NTR) and occupancy across Lindblad Expeditions’ global fleet. You will oversee the execution of pricing strategies and inventory controls, ensuring that the organization remains competitive in the market. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Deployment, Finance, and Operations, you will establish a robust revenue management framework that supports the company’s growth objectives. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and performance metrics to inform pricing decisions and optimize revenue streams.
You will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the guest experience while maximizing profitability, ensuring that pricing strategies reflect the value of the unique travel experiences offered by Lindblad Expeditions. Your leadership will be crucial in developing a high-performing revenue management team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
