Who you are

You have proven account management experience in improving customer adoption and building lasting relationships — you understand the importance of minimizing churn and managing high-value customers effectively. You are comfortable owning, driving, and leading strategic conversations while being able to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment. Your ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships is key to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

You possess a deep understanding of client goals and needs, allowing you to provide realistic expectations and optimal solutions based on LiveIntent's offerings. Your communication skills enable you to effectively articulate all aspects of the account, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey with LiveIntent.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts, ensuring customer success is measured through renewals. You will collaborate with other sales teams within LiveIntent to uncover new revenue streams and engage with clients on a day-to-day basis as the main point of contact. Your role will involve working closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience, identifying key action items, and driving action on any issues that might arise. You will lead and attend meetings related to specific accounts, identifying key action items and decisions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
