What you'll do

As the Manager of Account Sales at Loadsmart, you will lead a team of 6+ sales representatives, guiding them in their efforts to expand our market share. You will collaborate closely with other Account Sales managers to align strategies and share best practices. Your responsibilities will include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to your team to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that cater to the needs of SMB to Mid-Market shippers, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet these demands.

You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine your approach and identify new opportunities for growth. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for your initiatives. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive team culture that emphasizes collaboration and accountability. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of your team and contributing to Loadsmart's mission of reinventing the future of freight.
